From data systems and technology to cross-functional planning and internal communications, core operations are the invisible engine that drives every aspect of the student experience.

At ChiTech, we believe transformation happens when those historically pushed to the margins are centered in the design and decision-making of our school systems. Our approach to stakeholder engagement is not transactional – it’s participatory, iterative, and grounded in the belief that students, families, and community leaders are co-strategists in our success. Through thoughtfully designed engagements – from school canvases and community design sessions to advocacy initiatives and culturally-rooted family events – we cultivate spaces where voice becomes influence and presence becomes power.
